This homeowner came to us after being referred from a past client. The seller was behind on several payments due to a combination of divorce, increase in payments and job loss. 
This house for sale was found through a very inexpensive mail campaign (I show you in the Short Sale Money Machine.) The couple purchased a house in Oregon. The wife moved out to the new home and the husband stayed to sell. Over-financed, the house didn't sell and with two mortgages to keep up with they went into default.
